Principles of any business

Before I continue with MLM I decided share with you a few thoughts which are relevant to any business.

WHAT do we do? HOW do we do it? What does it take to make your enterprise the leader in the industry?

1. Plan All The Way Till The End.

One of the biggest reasons is any company is successful is NOT so much of a special secret MORE of an overall plan.

Your competitors will copy what you do. If you are successful they think of you as a role model. So you must FOCUS on growth, the end result.

How many subscribers do you want to get?
How many back-end sales do you want to receive?
How many subscribers do we want your partners/downline to get?
How much net profit do you want to get?

SO you MEASURE each part of the system that could achieve that and take BOLD actions
on you reach it. It is that simple!

2. You BREAK This Down Into Pieces.

If you have the resources you delegate. Most people misunderstand about the WORD delegation.
They simply let the assistant, programmers, or designer do the work and EXPECT everything to be done for them. This will never happen.

Every successful leader knows that we MUST tackle each component very closely.

For example:

If you go to any decent site, every design that you see is NOT just a coincidence. Someone has
been personally involved in each process very closely.

They have their project team sketch on the design. They have also re-sketched the entire website as well. Once it is done, they would pass them onto the designer and programmers to apply onto the site.

However…

It does NOT mean their job is done. As a leader, they follow them very carefully. Test out the entire system to make sure it runs smoothly. If it is NOT, get them to fix it until it becomes perfect.

3. You TACKLE Each Problem.

Do NOT hesitate to JUMP onto the problem and help your people out until you finalize the solution. This is WHAT YOU MUST DO.

As a leader, you need to get dirty in the field. The title President or CEO is really useless. A leader is someone that SERVES more than ever. You do your best to make sure every issue is done ON TIME.

Why this is important?

To become successful, you can’t just sit down and expect money to grow on trees. It doesn’t work that way. You want business, you have to get it. You want success, you have to earn it.

Every single time you work on your business, you must make sure you are on top of everything. Problems should NOT wait overnight. They should be done the same day.

4. Know Your Competitors.

There is ONE saying… “If your enemies do not take a day off, why should you?”

Listen guys. You want to fight. You have to fight like a guerilla. In business, there is ONLY one principle, you either FIGHT with your last breath or your enemy will overpower you.

Whether it is visible or not, your competitors will SUCK UP your friends, customers, and employees. If you want to be on top of the game, be BETTER than they are. It means that it all starts from you.

5. Discipline Yourself and Take Action.

We just LOVE to shout at the employees and suppliers who do NOT follow through with our expectations. Have you looked into the mirror and shouted at yourself?

Successful leaders knows that he or she is the biggest enemy in the business. STOP looking for an outside factor to blame, but look on the inside. I admit that I have made a lot of mistakes. (Many people won’t admit it)

They blame others, economy, government, and much more.
However, they never look at the inside factors. You must discipline yourself first before others.

Look very closely at what you do wrong and fix it. Teach the people in your organization what they should do differently based on WHAT you practice in your own life.

So… STOP being a preacher, be a doer.

This is YOUR ONLY key to becoming successful.

More myths about MLM

I ran out of time on my last blog so here is the end of it!

Myth 2

It's the Holiday Season and everyone will be too busy, so I will wait for a few months before I start.

Think about this, if you wait for a few more months, then will your prospect will be ready for your marketing message? But wait! Christmas will then be coming up, then their Tax bills will need doing, oops and then it's Easter.

So just do it now. Now is always the right time. Waiting for the "time to be right" will hinder your success in building your passive income. You MUST consistently market month after month if you are to have a passive income month after month.

So, teach your downline to take consistent actions in their marketing, all year round.

Myth 3 The Economy is Bad now!

If you think about it, in network marketing, downturns in the economy actually spur growth because people are less secure and tend to search for more in their life. Including a business of their own. With the current events in America and Europe, we could sit back and wait or take action. By taking action, you will find your prospects open to your offer.

The key to success in your prospecting is to focus on the needs of your prospect. In times of uncertainty, you may need to focus more of family and others who matter in the lives of your prospect. Understand, your prospect will join you in your business for their reasons, and not yours.

As always, consistent action will help you gain experience in success and will help you build confidence.

Your prospects want to do business with people who are successful and confident. So you see ONLY Action Builds Passive Income! Plain and simple, you MUST actively build your passive income.

This means you will need to work. Not just buy a 1000 postcards and put them in the mail hoping your income will grow. But, you must do consistent action over a long period of time (i.e. mail 1000 postcards consistently every month for two to five years).

Not just call 100 leads and think you’re done. There are many pieces to the network marketing puzzle, but there is one piece to the puzzle guaranteed to help you build your business, action.

Your action must be consistent to truly build your passive income. Once the passive income is developed, then one can take a more passive role in their business, but not before. Action taken consistently is the key to building a passive income in network marketing. Contact your upline leader and make a plan of action.

Then do it, consistently.
