Welcome to my Residual Income Site

You are not far away from the most important decision you will ever make!

Please read this entire page carefully do not miss any of it.

My name is Colin Warburton, and I work full time from home in the UK.

What I want to share with you will help you decide what the best way is to make a Residual Income in the UK.

The information below will give you a strong overview of how I believe the mistakes I, and possibly yourself, have made, can be avoided.

I am lucky in that I work full-time from my home. I have no boss to report to, and I have the freedom to use my time in any way I like. But you can obtain a residual income even if you aren't in the same position.

Do you believe in the following statement by Zig Ziglar: "You can have anything in the world you want if you'll just help enough other people get what they want."

Unfortunately, if you are looking to make a residual income, most of what we are taught does not do that.

Bearing in mind that over 95% of people in MLM will fail, is that the way you should be proceeding if you want to make a residual income? No matter what people tell you, it just isn't that easy.

There is another way to Achieve your Residual Income and it doesn't have to involve the internet. What you need is something that has been done before and based on a solid business.

And you need to be guided by people that are doing well, not someone who started 2 days before you! (sound familiar?)

You need proper training ... by people who are good... you should never be left guessing what to do next.

If you are really serious about being in that top 5% that actually make a good residual income then fill in the form below for more information. Or if you don't want to give your information yet, go here. (you will need sound)

Good Luck

Colin

Rita Davenport of Arbonne “Retires”, Some Speculate She Was “Fired”

We first reported about the possibility of Rita Davenport leaving Arbonne in February of 2010, shortly after the Arbonne Bankruptcy. We reported the Arbonne bankruptcy rumors about three months before it was announced and over 500 people commented at the time, if you have time, the comments are an interesting read with some insite into whether or not Rita was forced out or truly retired.

Here is a letter that was sent out to Arbonne VP's about the "retirement" of Rita Davenport:

It is with bittersweet emotion that we share with you recent developments at Arbonne. We are gratified to report that the company has achieved great progress and accomplished so much in just one year following its financial restructuring. Despite an uncertain economy, the Company is at an inflection point of substantial, sustainable growth and has been growing on a year-to-year basis for the past 12 months. This is a major accomplishment, for which each of you should be extremely proud. Our recent success has truly been a team effort, reflecting your hard work and that of our new executive leadership.

At the same time, after 20 years as a dedicated member of the Arbonne team, Rita Davenport has decided to retire. We tried to persuade her to stay, and in fact we offered her many meaningful opportunities with significant compensation that would have allowed her to remain a vital part of Arbonne field development. We respect Rita’s decision at this point in her career to retire from Arbonne, take on new challenges, and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Rita has touched and inspired so many. She has been instrumental in helping many of you achieve success at Arbonne and she has been an important part of making Arbonne what it is today. We greatly appreciate Rita’s hard work, passion and leadership over so many years.

We know you feel the same way. It is clear that you appreciate Rita and all that she has done for Arbonne and for many of you individually. We also understand that change creates challenges and uncertainty. However, it is important to realize that truly great organizations such as Arbonne owe their success to many factors, the most important of which are the drive, passion, vision and leadership that each of you brings to the company, your fellow Independent Consultants and to life in general.

Arbonne has made tremendous progress over the past twelve months, much greater than anyone could have imagined. The Company is in its strongest financial position in years, with healthy free cash flow and modest leverage. This will mean more income for Independent Consultants who are actively growing their business. New executives, with proven leadership and business experience, have been recruited, each of them believing in the power of Arbonne and the outstanding track record of the Independent Consultant organization. Significant investments are being made in business-building initiatives, product development, technology/systems, logistics and financial controls, all with a view toward supporting you and helping you grow your business.

Kay and her management team work tirelessly with that as their primary goal. Of course, there is still work to do and it is impossible to please everyone all of the time, but we believe these initiatives are beginning to show results and we have expectations for even greater success and accomplishments over the coming months and years.

This was not always the case. It is important to realize that in the past this Company’s growth was driven by unsustainable initiatives, and was not supported by the necessary infrastructure, systems and people with the experience to manage and sustain that growth. Furthermore, the excessive debt incurred by prior owners and management, coupled with the worst economic downturn in most all of our lives, created substantial barriers for this Company to overcome. Arbonne has made tremendous progress, in less than two years, toward overcoming these barriers and positioning itself for accelerated and sustainable growth.

We are aligned with and support Kay and her management team’s efforts in leading this business, but even more so we applaud, acknowledge and greatly appreciate the continued hard work, dedication, commitment and leadership of the field. We know – as does Kay and the management team – that you, the Independent Consultants, are the lifeblood of this Company and that sustaining, supporting and growing your businesses underlie all decisions. The ultimate goal of the management team is to make each of you more successful, which will then lead to success for the Company.

Thank you for all that you have done, and for all that you will do in the future, to make Arbonne a success. It will take all of us, working together, to achieve our goals. Truly great organizations, in general, and Arbonne in particular, achieve their greatness because many talented individuals are focused on contributing toward common objectives. As we all heard at GTC this year, “we are better together.”

Sincerely,

Members of the Board of Directors Arbonne/Natural Products Group

How to start earning passive income online?

A NetPassiveIncome reader asks,

Hello! Nice day! I always receive messages on your trip by making the liability to income through the internet. I am also interested, but I don't know where to begin and how to begin. can you tell me how or where to begin? I would really appreciate your help. God bless you and more power.

-Rosenel

With the permission of the Rosenel, I posted the above question because I feel that it is such a frequent and important question which deserves a blog of his own.

If you just start on online travel income, I highly recommend that you learn and practice development and marketing of information products.

To succeed in this avenue, you have the heart of a teacher.  If aspire you to teaching, learning and PRACTICING - funny to tell teachers to learn and practice, is not?  :)

So, what are information products, and how to develop and commercialize?

Information products take many forms.  Most notable is an ebook, or e-book.  EBooks are easy to develop.  Everything you need is a text processing database such as Microsoft Word.  You can then sell the document online, and your profit margin is almost 100%.

I get the "are you serious?" much when I tell people that there are really people crazy enough to pay for an ebook when there is so much free information on the internet.

"Yes." is what I tell people, and I have explained further that free information are extinguished by marketers, product information to pre-educate visitors and the first them up for their loan to buy their ebooks, or click on announcements of services or the products concerned.

Then I spoke to go "Ah-Ha" of the people.  It is of the essence of the commercialization of education - teach you people with free of charge from the information that you publish on your site, you win of their trusts and you recommend your information premium fee.  Type of like how a brochure of Community College will have a list of classes with a description of what you will learn, and how much it costs.

A while ago I wrote a series on "How to start your own information products business" which teaches you the basic steps on how to start a stream of passive income with information products.

If you need more help and hand-holding - I highly recommend Niche Profit classroom by Adam Short (you can try his training for $1).

I'll leave this blog with these last words - faster you fail, the sooner you get to success.  Remember, to learn and practice.

Thank you, Rosenel, for this excellent question - feel free to comment below or ask questions about the start of your journey online passive income.

I am officially abandoned off the coast of Page 1 of Google:

Alright, so I was not blogging on NetPassiveIncome.com for some time, and bad things happen to me:

1. I lose readership - every day, my Inbox is full WordPress notification emails saying that I have new comments or moderate.  But guess what, they are all spam comments!  I used to love these emails, but now I hate.

2. I lose rank of search engine - NetPassiveIncome.com used to rank on page 1 of Google for the keyword "passive income".  Now, he pushed on page 2!  Thank you to all the other passive revenue blogs - I hope you enjoy the free traffic you get, for the moment;)

3. I lose affiliate income - I liked the passive of the programme commission Niche Profit classroom I recommend on this blog, until last month (May 2011) where I see a drop off in membership renewal.  I could blame on attrition rates, but the fact is that I sell no more accessions to it.

So, here's what I'm going to do about it:

1 Gain readership back -Pat flynnof the blog (currently ranked a # 2 in Google for "passive income") makes me jealous!  Should I start to be more transparent in my sites and projects I have password, and the challenges of the host, such as the Duel of Niche Site, he crossed recently?  I want to open it to you all to see how I can serve you better.

2 Gain ranking back search engine - all I can say is, "Watch out income passive fellow bloggers, here I come!"

3 Income from affiliate gain - the biggest mistake I with NetPassiveIncome is step taking advantage of the momentum that is built with traffic & readership (my list).  I did a not use the opportunity to increase while the going was good * shaking head * this can be a lesson for you.

Also, I will change some NetPassiveIncome.com blog itself:

1 Redesigning the WordPress comment system - I am getting rid of all spam comments in my WordPress database, and is thus no comment spam to beef up security goes through leaks.  I've got literally 17,000 + comments waiting for moderation now.

2 Add social media - I will add Facebook and Twitter Tips for the blog.

That's all for this position - no call to action, or something to sell at the end, just an update on what will take place on this blog.

Lessons learned for May 2011

Posted by passive online on June 3, 2011, filed income in lessons learned

A large part of my income online is affiliate sales - commission from the sale of products of others.

Web hosting Hostgator service is an example. Yesterday, I noticed that my announcement of 125 x 125 banner for Hostgator (you can see this on the sidebar) does not appear. I tried clicking on the link and it did not redirect to Hostgator.  Something is wrong.

Fortunately Hostgator also contracts with Commission junction to their affiliate marketing, so I quickly moved my links to the URL of the CJ tracking and commissions began to flow into beautifully new - phewww....

Now I have to wait for a response from the affiliation of the Hostgator team to see on this subject - I believe this will piss off many of their affiliates due to loss of sales.

BUT, I would like to take this incident as an important lessons learned in business:

1 Use a redirection or URL shortening script to hide all your affiliate links. If you run a WordPress site, I highly recommend the Redirection plugin. When the situation occurs when you need to make a change to your link of affiliation (such as the incident Hostgator), simply change the destination of your redirect URL, and you won't have to scramble and try to remember where you sprinkled your naked affiliate link.

2. Don't put all your eggs in affiliate marketing. Learn how to develop your own products and become an affiliate for your own products.  This way if the company or product that helps you sell never go out of business, it does put you out of the company, because you have this stream of income from selling your own products.

What are your lessons learned from the operation of a business, or the execution of your own life simply?

Art Meakin, Legendary – MLM Network Marketer Rejoins Shaklee 33 Years Later

Posted on 19 May 2011.

Note from Ty Tribble, MLM Blog Founder:

I am pleased to welcome a 40 year legend in Network Marketing, Art Meakin to our Pinnacle Group/Shaklee Team. Not long ago, I called Shaklee the best kept secret in Network Marketing, but the secret is starting to get out…

Here is the Press Release:

Dallas, Texas: Legendary networker, Art Meakin, began his official MLM Network Marketing career in 1975-1979 by joining Shaklee. Meakin’s initial exposure to Shaklee products was in 1969, at the age of 15, when his father brought home several Shaklee nutritional and home-care products recommended by a friend of the family.

Meakin is most well-known for the pioneering direct marketing mail-order promotions of the late 80’s and early 90’s with The Shocking Truth About™ MLM Network Marketing newsletter, magazine ads, post-cards, and the $100,000 Home-Based Business Manual. These promotions allowed Meakin to achieve the #1 Distributorship in 1994 with the J.R. Watkins company which was 125 years old when Meakin joined Watkins in 1990.

In 1998 Meakin started a MLM Network Marketing company providing lead generation, training, and unique generic recruiting systems to assist anyone in any networking company to build a successful sales organization. Utilizing Meakin’s direct marketing and Internet marketing techniques, within 90 days of launching, the company grew to over 56,000 associates. Meakin has an extensive successful resumé since 1975 not only full-time for 23 years as a networker in the field but has also held positions as CEO, President, Executive Vice President, VP Business Development, and IT Director for traditional and networking companies as well.

In May 2011, after 33 years since being involved with Shaklee initially, Meakin joined Shaklee again and began developing a leadership group, replicated marketing systems, and promotional plans (including Internet and traditional cooperative advertising with radio, TV, billboards, etc., to generate interest in Shaklee based on the “transfer-buying” concept… listen to radio spot at www.getpaidbetter.com ).

The decision to join Shaklee was based foremost on the stability of Shaklee being in business since 1956. Additionally, Shaklee has an established quality line of 300+ “transfer-buying” type products, the average customer purchases Shaklee products for 14 years, and an exceptional new compensation plan launched in October 2010. Shaklee has a young ambitious and visionary new owner, has the commitment of going into 50 countries over the next few years, and the company is supportive – progressive – innovative when it comes to marketing (direct marketing and Internet marketing).

When interviewed recently about the networking business model and the decision to join Shaklee, Meakin stated: “The MLM network marketing business model, potentially, has amazing promise for the person to independently leverage their time and earn an excellent part-time to full-time income from home. The challenge for most networkers today is finding a company that has the stability to provide the security of a solid income for the rest of our lives and at the same time… a company, sponsor, and upline that is innovative and visionary enough to offer an explosive opportunity for growth and progression. Shaklee is just that kind of company and I feel like I’ve come home… finally.”

To earn money online

What does to make money online? Some will say that need money to make money online , but in reality, must be very little in respect to monetary investment.

The main reason why everyone is not to make money on the internet is due to the fact that most people are not willing to put time and effort to study, plan and implement their strategies on the net.

Know where to go and what to do is the greatest obstacles. There are so many ways to generate cash on the net, his extraordinary how few people take advantage of the opportunities that are out there… First of all, you have programs like Cash Crate, treasure trooper,
Send earnings and Troubleshooting project who are free to join.

These Web sites will have earning you money immediately without having to pay a penny. If your goal is to make residual income online, then you will probably look to make a Web site. Point is that we need time, patience, hard work and dedication to make money online , but there is lot of money.

Generally to make money online you will be required finding a niche and focus on ways to exploit and make profit. Sale of a product can be an excellent way to start but your product must be of high quality and must be unique to a certain extent. Receive commissions income or the affiliate advertising is great, but to do this, you must first generate the traffic.

One thing to keep in mind is that your visitors will only help you if you provide them content that they can use to help themselves. If your sites only purpose is to sell something that they do not need then chances are that they will understand this and I am willing to bet that they return on the road.

There are several reasons why the owner of a Web site can be financially profitable. If you think about it, there is not much difference between physical activity and a web business, but the advantage is that a website is much cheaper to build and maintain. If you can find a niche which is really profitable it is possible to create multiple Web sites in the same niche and capitalize on the market.

The only thing that should be considered is that, for a Web site to truly develop, you need to have visitors. Getting web traffic is not as easy it was. now, it can require a lot of hard work, especially if your goal is to generate traffic in search of the major search engines.

Here are a few recommended products that I've used to grow my business and earn money.

1waylinks
AWeber
Linkvana
Vindale research
Cash Crate
Treasure Trooper
Send earnings
Project troubleshooting

Each niche will have products or services related to your job will be to try and identify those which are in fact worth recommending. If the product or service is without value, think even pitching it to your customers or visitors, these people will feel our product service and if misplace you them your website will lose credibility.

Programs like 1waylinks and linkvana can be excellent if you want to generate revenue from the movement of free research. When your goal is to make money online first to develop a model of plan and solid business income, and then continue and all the steps necessary to successfully complete your project.

Shaklee and Gwyneth Paltrow

Posted on 18 April 2011.

Shaklee News:

Recently, Gwyneth Paltrow learned about the Shaklee Family and our values, and about Shaklee Cares® and its mission of providing aid following a natural disaster like the one in Japan. She was impressed with the way that the Shaklee Family organizes around helping others, and she wanted to participate.

The inspiration for Ms. Paltrow’s new book, My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness was the time she spent with her father preparing food for the family – time that taught her the importance of putting people and relationships first. So taking some of the proceeds from her book to help people rebuild their lives – while at the same time honoring her father – felt like the right thing to do.

Shaklee Cares is pleased to announce that part of the proceeds from purchases of Gwyneth Paltrow’s book through a special Shaklee Cares affiliate page on Amazon.com will benefit the Shaklee Cares for Japan Earthquake Relief effort.

To help make a difference, and to get some ideas for how to make great food that will bring together the people you care about, please visit our Amazon.com affiliate page here.

I heard from a reliable source that former Excel Communications legend, Steve Smith is already out as Chief Marketing Officer of Ampegy.

Ampegy just launched on February 24th, 2011 in the deregulated energy market.

I found no sign of Steve Smith on the Ampegy web site.

5 Tips for Kindle Self-Publishing

The Amazon Kindle e-reader, with its newer rivals such as the nook and the Apple equivalent, has revolutionized modern book publishing for popular authors and new, unknown writers alike. For self-published authors, the benefits are most clear: virtually no overhead and a large, growing market of book buyers who like the instant information access afforded to them by ebook purchases.

Follow these tips to maximize your Kindle ebook publishing success:

Write your nonfiction ebook on a micro-niche topic. A general book, such as “101 Work from Home Ideas” will typically not sell as well as a more focused title, such as: “How to Create a Successful Virtual Assistant Business from Home.”Do hire a proofreader/ editor to polish your work and catch any mistakes (we all make them). Believe me, the editor will catch errors you’ve overlooked. Readers will feel they’ve wasted their money if your book is full of typos or poorly organized. Don’t risk losing your audience or getting bad reviews; make sure your content is clean.Price your ebook wisely. The $2.99 to $9.99 range is considered the sweet spot: most buyers won’t hesitate to buy ebooks in this price range, and you’ll get 70% of each sale. Higher-priced books will give you only 30% royalties and in most cases it doesn’t make any sense to go higher. If you are a new author and your book is on the shorter side, stay on the lower end of the spectrum. More established authors, or those with highly specialized, topic-specific information, should price in the $8.99-$9.99 range.Review your ebook both on an actual Kindle (it’s worth the price for this step alone; the least expensive one is only $135) and on a Kindle ereader downloaded onto your PC (this option is free). These two formats are how most readers will view your book. Make sure it looks great on both screens and quickly re-format or fix any problems you catch after seeing the book through your readers’ eyes.Market your book — expect to spend more time marketing your book than you did writing, formatting and publishing it. Create and use a Facebook fan page, Twitter, and blog to share information on the topic covered in your ebook. Link to your Amazon book sales page from these social media outlets. Offer review copies to bloggers in your genre. Create  profile on the Kindle boards and link to your book or author page in your signature — do the same on forums dedicated to the topic or niche your book is about.

For further reading, I recommend:

Publishing on Kindle may be easy, but finding success as an ebook author takes more work. Have you published a book on Amazon Kindle? I’d love to hear about your experience in the comments, below.
