I am lucky in that I work full-time from my home. I have no boss to report to, and I have the freedom to use my time in any way I like. But you can obtain a residual income even if you aren't in the same position.

Unfortunately, if you are looking to make a residual income, most of what we are taught does not do that.

Bearing in mind that over 95% of people in MLM will fail, is that the way you should be proceeding if you want to make a residual income? No matter what people tell you, it just isn't that easy.

There is another way to Achieve your Residual Income and it doesn't have to involve the internet. What you need is something that has been done before and based on a solid business.

And you need to be guided by people that are doing well, not someone who started 2 days before you! (sound familiar?)

You need proper training ... by people who are good... you should never be left guessing what to do next.

What "tires" taught me about link building

I am a big fan of SEO.Comment your site ranked in the search engines means, that you always supply fresh visitors to your website.

I talk about ranking in Google in particular - that Google dominates the search market.

Today, nobody really knows how Google ranks sites Web, but SEO people were reverse engineering Google ranking algorithm and came to 3 ranking factors:

1 Domain name
Believe it or not, the domain name plays a major factor in how your Web site will rank for a keyword particulier.Toutes things being equal, funnyjokes.com will be outrank hilariousjokes.com for the keyword "funny jokes."

2. On the page content 
In summary, your content on your website must be relevant to pecifies when keyword, if you want to rank for "funny jokes" you better have some quite funny, jokes or text mentions "funny jokes" somewhere on your Web page (I think that Google knows a funny joke when it is on the whole, still).

3 Links
It's biggie.Plus people link to your Web page, voice, more you get the eyes of Google.Le factor domain name is somewhat controllable by you (you can always try to get a domain with your key in the, ball with a prefix or postfix) and content on the page is fully controllable - you can modify the text, edit keyword placement and how many times it is mentioned and manipulate the density of the keyword and other.

However, links are hard to trouver.Ou I should say, links and good qualities are difficult to find.

  There are several ways to get links to your Web page one-way.

You can submit your Web page or website link directories such as DMOZ and other sites pop repertoire of the mother for executing purposesyou bookmark sociaux.Vous can write and submit articles with a link back to your site.You can create blogs and using the link from their free blogs such as blogger.com or wordpress.com service.

You can also do blog commenting - which means that you go to other blogs and leave a comment with a URL of Web site, and when your comment is posted your name will be a hyperlink to the URL of Web site you have entered (try to make a comment below, and you'll see what I mean).

Now, when it comes to blog commenting, a disadvantage major is that these links are usually equipped a nofollow - property which means that Google looks at these links are important for your ranking score.

However, WordPress, one of the most popular blogging script used in the blogsphere allows developers to submit their own plug-ins .the ' one of them being "Observer Top."

What does the "Observer Top" plugin is that it imposes a widget in the sidebar of your blog, and it lists the commentateur.Si name you regularly contribute comments on a blog with "Top" Observer plugin installed, you will sooner or later appear on this list.

What is so great about yourself how on the list is a dofollow - link is the link to your site which means that Google gives crédit.Non only that the widget is also visible on the blog home page and page position, in a sense you give a link to the entire site.

Okay, now you can ask, where do I find blogs with "Observer Top" plugin installed?

I started my quest for seeking "top commentators on the page" in google (quotation) and came across several blogs with the plugin installed.You will know when a blog has installer.Il is quite clear.

Now, I was on the verge of abandoning research because my search query includes a large number of articles on the plugin itself, instead of returning the results of research of blogs just with the plugin installed.

ThenI have noticed that the "used tires" commentator always seems to appear on the list of top observers list of the several blogs .c ' is a hyperlink http://www.used-tire.net and indeed if you type "used tires" in Google this site ranks in the top 10!

I can on the yahoo.com head and because of this search query:

linkdomain: used - delivers .net - site: used - delivers .net

What makes this search query, it tells Yahoo to return all Web pages that contain a link to used tire.net.

In addition, this lack of reverse engineering repaid big time!

linkdomain-used-tireThe result came to 54,900 Web pages that contain a link to the domain.

As I'm at the bottom of the list of results, each of these Web sites are indeed blogs with top observers installed plugin - this guy "used tires" appears on the list of almost every blog!

Jackpot!

What to do next

Now that I've essentially "stolen" a list of blogs with top observers plugin installed, the next thing I've done has been to subscribe to these blogs, so I spanked notified by email whenever a new post is posted on these blogs.

Tip to get on the list is to make a comment (and do go beyond moderation) in a position which is récent.Commentaires on posts more elderly do not appear to compter.Cependant, I could be wrong, as I did not consider the top observers plugin code (do you just love free?).
