So now, we’re on to step 4 or otherwise called as Google Adwords Competitive Research. This is the simplest step because the NPC Market profile tool asks us just two questions. The first question is whether there are affiliates or vendors who pay google just to advertise information products on your specific niche.
To know the answer,you need to go to google and type in your root keyword. You will easily spot paid results because they
are always on top of the free results and they are highlighted. Sponsored links or paid ads can also be found on the right side of your results page. Free/organic results on the other hand are those that are located right below the highlighted ones. These free ads or results go next to paid ads because these websites put a lot of effort in marketing and getting ranked.
If you see paid results selling information products, it means that your target niche could generate money. If you can’t find paid ads using your root keyword, use other top keywords to check if there are paid ads. If there are direct advertisers on your niche, take note of the number of advertisers because the data can help determine if there is money in your niche.
Now that was quick! Let’s move forward and try step 5.
